Nathalie Schooling – Joint Keynote address
Nathalie Schooling is an experienced customer experience strategist, trainer, improvement specialist, and CX Thought Leader with more than 25 years of experience in the customer service and experience industry. She is the CEO and founder of nlightencx. Along with her team, it has grown into a multiple award-winning customer experience company, recognised as South Africa’s leading CX specialists. Nathalie has recently been recognised as the #4 Global CX Influencer in the world and top in Africa by Customer Experience Magazine. Nathalie co-authors the ground-breaking B2B Client Experience Handbook, “Eat Your Own Lunch” with Brendon Bairstow-Klopper.

Toni D’Andrea
Toni D’Andrea is based in Milan, Italy. Toni has numerous accolades and has, since 1999, been CEO of Afidamp Servizi and Managing Director of PULIRE (1999-2019), from 2019 is CEO of ISSA PULIRE Network and since 2020 is Director of ISSA EMEA. Over the past 20 years he has developed the international trade fair platform PULIRE, today ISSA PULIRE (several locations worldwide), which has become the leading integrated trade fair system for the professional cleaning industry. As an international speaker he is passionate about professional cleaning and hygiene solutions has been building strategic relationships between global players in the cleaning industry for many years. He is committed to modernising the cleaning industry and fostering networking relationships. Toni has hosted numerous lectures, workshops and conferences around the world, using a scientific approach to cover the dynamics and characteristics of the Cleaning and Services industry, focusing on the demand side. He has written many papers and articles on subjects related to the professional cleaning industry and its developments, he is also director of ISSA PULIRE Show and FORUM ISSA Pulire, (International Congress for the Cleaning Industry) and will offer delegates insight to the ISSA’s 100-year celebration, history and benefits of partnering with the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association.
Brendon Bairstow-Klopper – Joint Keynote address
Brendon Bairstow-Klopper has over 18 years of experience across several customer service fields. His vast and diverse cross-sector background affords him a unique, in-depth understanding of the expectations of clients and consumers. His strong strategic abilities and keen business insights allow him to convert the theoretical into the practical with successful outcomes. Brendon is the director of nlightencx. and he is the co-author of the ground-breaking B2B Client Experience Handbook, “Eat Your Own Lunch”, with Nathalie Schooling, and an expert in Customer Journey Mapping and CX Design.

Richard Mulvey

Richard is the Past President and Honorary Life Member of the Professional Speaker’s Association of Southern Africa and he is also one of just 29 people who have been inducted into the South African Speaker Hall of Fame. Richard’s passion is moving minds and creating understanding where there was just confusion, and he is the perfect sales motivator.
Richard will explore the real reason why clients buy a service such as cleaning, and price is never at the top of the list.
Stephen Ashkin – Closing Keynote
Entrepreneur and thought-leader Steve Ashkin is widely considered the Father of Green Cleaning. In addition to a long list of accomplishments and awards, ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, recently recognised Ashkin as one of the most influential members of the cleaning industry over the past 100 years. In addition to the building owners, property management companies, product manufacturers, distributors, and service providers with whom he consults, he currently serves on the US Green Building Council’s LEED for Existing Buildings committee, International WELL Building Institute’s Materials committee, and co-chairs the ISSA’s global sustainability initiative in his efforts to improve the industry’s success and the lives of the 100 million workers it supports.
During his address to cleaning professionals at the Cleantex Executive Summit on September 7 in Cape Town, a first for Africa, Ashkin will share his vast knowledge and experience of sustainability in cleaning.
